New Arrival and Check in Procedures
- Upon arrival, please call or text the office to let us know you are here
- We will confirm we are ready for you so we don’t have you wait in the waiting room
- Everyone must wear properly fitted masks covering their nose and mouth while in the office
- We ask that you disinfect your hands upon entry and leaving the office
- You will be greeted by your provider
- Complete a simple COVID-19 questionnaire, may be completed prior through our website
- We will take your temperature with a forehead thermometer
- We will escort you to the room and have you seated
- We will provide you with a pre-procedural rinse
