“I switched dentists after a horrendous experience with another dentist in Evanston. Like many, this is not my favorite activity. However with the presence of an office staff that facilitates a patient with such finesse, humor and compassion it is no longer a challenge to keep the mouth happy. I can get very anxious and Dr. Schmidt and his team create a very safe environment. He also is highly adept at administering novocaine, which for me, is typically torture.
